Brookdale Day Spa

Our Day Spa in Nottingham Road is separate from the main Hydro and is a popular choice with guests who are pressed for time or are simply looking to escape for the day.

The Day Spa is open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm, providing you with ample opportunity to spend the day, or to enjoy an hour or two of pure bliss. It offers a wonderful chance to catch up with a friend in these busy times.

The Day Spa offers the perfect alternative to conventional gifts with GIFT VOUCHERS available for family, friends, colleagues, or as incentives in the workplace. We offer a wide range of treatment packages, individual treatments and wonderful healthcare products.

Healthy teas, breakfasts and lunches are available to guests enjoying day treatments.

Advance bookings are essential due to limited numbers. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of treatment.

DAY SPA ETIQUETTE

Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment.
Late arrivals for appointments will result in a shortened treatment as all treatments are allocated in time slots. Late arrival will result in the treatment being shortened.
A registration form is to be completed prior to your treatment so as to alert your consultant of any medical conditions or contra indications you may have.
Please ensure that cell phones are switched off.
Gratuities are at your discretion.
Gift vouchers are available at reception or via e-mail.
We do have a generator should the power go off.
Remember to keep yourself well hydrated at all times.
Water, herbal teas and muffins are provided.
Breakfast and Lunch available on request.

BOOKING POLICY

Bookings are essential and we require a 50% deposit, cell number and e-mail addresses for all bookings.

Appointments not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Sat and public holiday bookings require full payment in advance.
